All - for those that do Cardio, what is your equipment of choice and do you do your Cardio fasted or not?
For those not fasting, what are you taking prior to activity?

I usually do my cardio on the elliptical where I can set it on a high resistance or on the treadmill where I can set it on an incline. If I fast before my cardio, I take half a scoop of whey protein isolate before my training.

I have always been on the fence with using protein or not. Generally a Preworkout, then cardio followed up by BCAA and workout..
